This was so delicious!!! Some nights you just need to treat your self!! I can’t remember the last time I was here! I got a cookie dough concrete with some of my friends peanut butter cups! .
Are you wondering, how I am eating this and being on my healthy eating path. I allow myself a treat for all the hard work I have been doing. Keeping it real. My diet is not about counting calories. I am not depriving my body of what I like. I will admit that I have a huge sweet tooth. My diet is about managing my portions and enjoying food. I love food!! Like love it! .
I personally have a hard time counting calories because of my ballet training years. So I don’t do it. I also only get on the scale when I want to see out of curiosity. But what’s important is staying true to who you are and feeling beautiful in your skin! You be you, because you are unique!!! You can have your blizzard and eat it too! .
