Perfect dessert with lemon ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate and walnuts!
Recipe for lemon ice cream:
Ingredients (4 portions)
4 big lemons
800 ml of whipping cream
5 oz (150 g) of granulated sugar
4 egg whites
Yolks with sugar and whipping cream whip over steam until it gets thicker. Then add a grated lemon peel of 2 lemons to the hot mixture, allow to cool and then mix the juice of 4 lemons. Add the solid snow from the whites into the chilled mixture and get into the freezer.
